北京大学深圳SOC重点实验室常务副主任招聘启事
北京大学深圳SOC重点实验室于2001年由北京大学微米/纳米加工技术国家重点实验室和深港产学研基地联合创办。实验室定位于SOC应用型研发，与其它集成电路研究机构和企业合作，加快 SOC产品从实验室到产业化的技术成果转化，提升SOC产品的生产水平和竞争力。该实验室的发展目标是面向应用、面向产业、产品化、国际化的公共开放式实验室，构建一个具有核心竞争力的集产、学、研为一体的研发平台。
由于实验室发展的需要，拟招聘实验室常务副主任一名，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、岗位职责
北京大学深圳SOC重点实验室常务副主任，是实验室日常运作的主要领导，担负实验室的日常管理工作，在主任授权下代理行使主任的权力。
二、应聘条件
应聘者一般应具有博士学位，身体健康，能全职到北京大学深圳SOC重点实验室工作；
海外应聘者一般应有获得博士学位后3年以上国外从事集成电路设计相关研发工作经历，担任过助理教授、副研究员或主任工程师及以上职位；国内应聘者应具有集成电路设计相关领域的副教授、副研究员或高级工程师及以上职称的任职资格条件；
能把握实验室相关研发领域的国内外发展方向，在集成电路设计及其相关领域做出过具有影响的成果，具有较好的战略构思，能带领实验室从事SOC相关领域研究、开发和人才培养工作并做出创新成果；
有从事研究、开发组织管理和领导研发团队的经历，具备较强的团队管理能力，能承担实验室战略规划与相关日常管理工作。

A tracking record of leading a multi-disciplinary team
Strong communication skills
Product development experience preferred
